Installation Instructions

To install Remote Help Desk, simply double-click the helpdesk_name.exe file ('name' will be the name of the representative that will assist you) and the program will be installed in your C:\Program Files\ directory. Shortcuts will be placed on your desktop to connect, disconnect, and uninstall the program. A Neil Neumann Sales Ltd. representative will guide you through the program's actual use by phone.
